Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Government Contract Processor to support the preparation and submission of government proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Bids, and Tenders, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate proposal submissions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process government proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Bids, and Tenders.
- Review proposal requirements and ensure all submission guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Pricing, Legal, Sales, Operations, and HR to gather required information.
- Conduct proposal kick-off and follow-up discussions to ensure timely completion.
- Review proposal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Track proposal progress and maintain records using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Manage documentation, approvals, and reusable proposal templates.




- Ensure proposals are submitted within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders regarding proposal status and outstanding requirements.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance proposal quality and turnaround time.

Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in Proposal Management, Government Contracts, Bid Management, or Tender Processing.
- Hands-on experience with RFP, RFQ, RFI, Bid, and Tender preparation.
- Basic understanding of government contract processes.
- Experience working with U.S. customers or global stakeholders is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM applications is an advantage.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
