Role Overview
The Business Finance & MIS Executive will support the organization in financial planning, business performance monitoring, MIS reporting, KPI tracking,



and data-driven decision making. The role involves close coordination with sales, operations, design, and management teams to track bookings, project progress, and business metrics while ensuring timely reporting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- MIS & Management Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain automated MIS dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Consolidate data from ERP systems, sales reports, and operational teams.
- Booking vs Design Monitoring:
- Track sales bookings vs design approvals to ensure operational alignment.
- Identify delays between order booking and design execution.
- Provide management with progress reports on booked projects vs design readiness.
- Business Performance & Metrics Analysis:
- Track key business metrics and operational performance indicators.
