We are looking for a high-octane Management Trainee to join our core team. Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analytics: Own the end-to-end data pipeline. Build, maintain, and optimize advanced Google Sheets/dashboards to track key business metrics (Revenue, YTD/MTD growth, team performance, and operational expenses). Turn raw data into actionable business intelligence.
- Operations Backend: Streamline and automate daily backend operations to ensure effortless service delivery.



Identify operational bottlenecks and implement tech-driven or process-driven solutions to fix them.
- Product Enhancements: Act as the bridge between business needs and product reality. Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and suggest functional product enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Growth & SEO: Drive organic growth initiatives. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, optimize website performance, manage technical SEO, and ensure high visibility across digital platforms.
- Business Growth Initiatives: Bring fresh, unconventional ideas to the table to scale the business. Brainstorm, pilot, and execute new growth hacks, marketing strategies, and strategic partnerships.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. degree is mandatory. A strong academic or project background demonstrating logical reasoning.
