Atitse Digital Media is a brand-first advertising agency headquartered in Ahmedabad, with an office in Dubai. We work across brand strategy, identity design, content production, performance marketing and film.

Our approach is strategy before content, brand before marketing. We start with the market, the audience and the positioning before anything gets written or designed. Our clients come from healthcare and clinical research, logistics, travel, fashion, corporate gifting, fintech and film.

About the role

This is a senior role. You will own content and brand strategy across a portfolio of client accounts deciding what each brand should be saying, planning how it gets said across platforms, and holding the standard of everything that goes out under your name.

You will also be the person the team looks to when a brief is unclear and the person the client hears from when a direction needs defending.



Part of the job is doing the work; part of it is raising the level of the people around you.

What you’ll do

* Own brand and content strategy for client accounts end to end

* Run brand audits, market research and competitor analysis, and turn them into a positioning and messaging point of view

* Build the strategy documents and content frameworks the wider team executes from

* Plan and sign off monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and offline

* Write the important pieces yourself campaign concepts, brand films, launch narratives and direct writers on the rest

* Brief designers, editors and the production team, and review creative against the strategy before it moves

* Work with the performance team so organic and paid pull in the same direction

* Read monthly performance data, draw conclusions, and change the plan where the numbers say so

* Present strategy, campaign thinking and monthly reviews directly to founde
