Your Role

Results-driven Internal Communications professional with experience managing corporate communications, employee engagement initiatives, and content strategy across digital platforms. Skilled in developing impactful communication plans, managing intranet content, executing internal campaigns, and supporting change management programs. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, IT, and leadership to deliver consistent, brand-aligned messaging. Robust expertise in editorial planning, stakeholder management, content governance, event coordination, and communication analytics. Proven ability to drive employee engagement, enhance organizational culture,



and ensure timely delivery of high-quality communications that support business objectives and strengthen alignment across the organization.

In this Role you will play key role in

Align with all internal departments to direct, create and publish content to the company''s corporate intranet site, ensuring that it is current and engaging.

Ideate and manage all internal campaigns and needed firm-wide communications both on and off the website and keep employees apprised of marketing efforts, branding initiatives.

Collaborate with Creative Services, IT and Compliance as needed for various communication inputs and formats.

Assist in the development, creation and design of corporate communications elements (brochures, videos, pamphlets,) to convey current operations and corporate culture.

Create and execute integrated internal communications and change management plans for the organization and its leadership.
