We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our premium Diamond & Jewellery Lounge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, managing end-to-end store operations, leading high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business targets.
- Team management, Manage complete store operations, visual merchandising, SOP compliance, and daily administration.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Build robust relationships with premium customers and ensure superior customer service.
- Oversee inventory management,



stock audits, security, and reconciliation.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Head Office and cross-functional teams for seamless store operations.

Desired Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Jewellery, Diamond, or Luxury Retail, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager with the same industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, team management, and customer relationship skills.
- Sound knowledge of diamond jewellery, retail operations, inventory management, and retail billing systems.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
