About You

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and production operations. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, PCB assembly and testing, reflow and wave soldering, production planning, line balancing, and electronic manufacturing processes. Experienced in managing production teams and shop floor operations, with a positive understanding of IPC standards, ESD handling, quality systems, ERP systems, and MS Office tools. Possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
