The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating,



and securing real estate opportunities that align with GoldBlue’s strategic priorities and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with developers, brokers, and landowners, and negotiating commercial terms for property acquisitions and partnerships. The Sourcing Manager will coordinate due diligence, collaborate with internal advisory and finance teams to assess feasibility, and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations on sourcing activities, monitoring market trends, and contributing to the development of sourcing strategies that support GoldBlue’s growth and client service objectives.
