As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in engaging with parents, understanding their child's learning needs, recommending suitable learning programs, and driving enrollments through a consultative sales approach.
Based on business requirements and successful completion of training, candidates will be assigned to one of the following processes:
Domestic Market (India)
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective parents through outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
Understand each child's current learning level and educational needs.
Recommend the most suitable BrightCHAMPS programs and personalized learning paths.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments by effectively handling objections and communicating program value.
Maintain timely follow-ups and update lead status accurately in the CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
Collaborate with Operations and Academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Work Schedule & Requirements
Working Days: 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays (one weekday off based on business requirements).
Work Mode: Work From Home.
Candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.
A reliable internet connection is mandatory for video consultations and CRM access.
Process allocation will be based on business requirements and successful completion of training.
Shift Timings (Based on Process Allocation)
Domestic Market (India): 12:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
