Role & responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Coding Aptitude: Extensive programming experience with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Problem Solver: Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional global teams.

Required Qualifications
- Scripting Mastery: 3+ years of qualified experience writing clean, production-grade scripts in Python, Go, or Ruby, along with advanced Bash skills.
- API Expertise: Deep technical understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, API keys), and handling rate limits.
- Incident Management Background: Strong familiarity with PagerDuty architectures, including technical service mapping, routing keys, escalation policies, and event pipelines.
- DevOps Ecosystem Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating major observability platforms like Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, or Prometheus.
