POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Sales Manager will lead and support the Inside Sales Representatives who serve as the transactional sales arm of WillScot.



This role is responsible for implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience while coaching, training, and developing the team in a fast-paced workplace to exceed company sales expectations. The Assistant Sales Manager will maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer escalations, strive for high customer satisfaction, and uphold Williams Scotsmans Core Values of Collaboration, Empowerment, Excellence, and Innovation.
