The Chance: What You Will Do

As a UK Non-Healthcare OOH Recruitment Specialist, you will support bulk recruitment delivery for UK clients outside standard office hours, helping fill large-volume roles across logistics, warehousing, driving, manufacturing, industrial,



retail, hospitality, catering, customer service, facilities, and business support environments. Your day-to-day will focus on:

• High-Volume Candidate Sourcing:
Identify, approach, and engage large pools of active and passive candidates for urgent and planned cover across non-healthcare roles such as warehouse operatives, production staff, drivers, hospitality workers, retail staff, customer service advisors, cleaners, facilities staff, and general operatives.

• OOH Bulk Hiring & Shift Fulfilment:
Manage fast-paced out-of-hours recruitment activity including availability checks, candidate calls, shortlisting, shift confirmations, rota updates, client follow-ups, cancellations, replacements, and last-minute staffing cover.

• Role Suitability & Compliance Checks:
Match candidates to assignments by checking role suitability, location, transport, experience, availability, right-to-work st
