Arbour Alternate Advisors is a Mumbai-based alternative investment management firm focused on structured real estate credit and high-yield debt opportunities. We work closely with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors to deliver institutional-grade investment solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations professional to own and strengthen our direct investor relationship function. This role is ideal for someone who understands sophisticated investors, thrives on relationship management, and has experience driving investor retention and re-investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and institutional investors.
• Own the complete investor lifecycle from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Drive investor retention and re-investment initiatives.
• Coordinate investor communications,



reporting, portfolio reviews, and updates.
• Manage investor queries, escalations, capital calls, and distribution processes.
• Build trusted relationships with investor principals and Family Office decision-makers.
• Partner with internal investment, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Represent the firm at investor forums and networking events.

Ideal Background

• 8–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Offices, or Alternative Investments.
• Experience working with HNI/UHNI investors.
• Prior exposure to AIF, PMS, Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Family Office environments.
• Solid understanding of investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and investor servicing.
• Existing network among HNIs, UHNIs, or Family Offices is preferred.
• CFA, CFP, or relevant investment cert
