About the Role:
NoBroker is looking for a curious and research-driven AI Content Research Intern to support its AI content research initiatives. This role focuses on understanding how AI-powered platforms and search experiences present information related to real estate, home services, and consumer internet businesses.
You will conduct research across AI platforms, search engines, online communities, and competitor websites to identify content opportunities, analyze user search behavior, and provide actionable insights that help strengthen NoBroker's digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Research long-tail user queries using AI tools, search engines, Reddit, Quora, forums, and keyword research platforms.
Analyze AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity AI, Google AI Overviews, and competitor websites.
Identify content gaps,



brand visibility opportunities, and emerging industry topics.
Prepare structured research briefs and actionable insights for the Content and Marketing teams.
Monitor AI search trends and summarize key findings.
Support the Content, SEO, and Community teams with topic research and content ideas.
Create monthly reports highlighting research findings, content opportunities, and market insights.
Maintain organized research documentation using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.

Required Skills:
Robust research and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn emerging technologies.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity AI.
Ability to organize research into structured reports and presentations.
