Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic leader to serve as the Regional Sales Manager for South India. This role is accountable for leading the regional sales execution strategy, driving organic growth, and maximizing project win rates across the territory. Based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for strengthening distributor performance and project channels while ensuring the achievement of market share expansion and profitability targets. As a key member of the country leadership team, you will ensure that all regional activities are in perfect alignment with the V&B; BW country sales vision,
bridging the gap between global strategy and local execution.
Key Responsibilities

. Regional Sales Leadership & Execution
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Sales Representatives and Business Development managers across West India to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales plan that translates the national vision into actionable territory-specific strategies.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy, ensuring the region meets its quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and market share objectives.

- Drive strategies to increase the "Project Win Rate" by ensuring early-stage specification involvement and providing strategic support to the sales team during high-stakes negotiations.
