Role: Head of Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Manufacturing to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at our Daman facility. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, productivity, quality, safety, cost optimization, and people development while delivering world-class manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of leading large manufacturing operations, driving business transformation, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Leadership
- Lead complete manufacturing operations with full accountability for plant performance.
- Drive annual operating plans, manufacturing budgets, and business performance in line with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and resource optimization.
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining optimum quality standards.

Operational Excellence
- Improve plant productivity,



OEE, yield, and overall operational efficiency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Identify and execute cost reduction and productivity enhancement projects.
- Reduce downtime, wastage, and process variation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and best manufacturing practices.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Supply Chain & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Optimize inventory, production scheduling, and manufacturing costs.
