Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to 30k/month

Key Responsibilities

Material Procurement

● Source and purchase IT hardware and peripherals from approved domestic vendors, ensuring the right quality at the right price.

● Ensure timely placement and delivery of purchase orders to avoid stock-outs or production delays.

Vendor Management

● Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent domestic suppliers based on pricing, reliability, and quality standards.

● Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve issues related to delays, defects, or disputes.

Negotiation & Cost Control

● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to keep procurement cost-effective.





● Track market trends and pricing fluctuations to make informed, cost-efficient purchasing decisions.

Inventory & Demand Planning

● Coordinate with sales and operations teams to forecast procurement needs and maintain optimal stock levels.

Quality Assurance

● Inspect and verify incoming hardware/peripherals against quality and technical specifications before acceptance.

● Coordinate with vendors on replacements or corrective action for defective or non-compliant items.

Budget Management

● Plan and monitor procurement spend against allocated budgets to prevent cost overruns.

● Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on product quality or delivery timelines.

Risk & Supply Continuity

● Identify potential supply risks (vendor delays, price spikes, shortages) and maintain backup vendor options.

● Ensure business continuity by avoiding over-dependence on a single supplier for critical items.
