Role Description:
This is a full time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves strategic planning, market research,



and effective communication to drive business growth within the e-waste recycling sector.

Location:

Candidates are required for Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, NCR and Karnataka.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (experience in waste management, recycling, or sustainability sector preferred).

Work Environment:
- Fieldwork and client visits are required.
- Occasional travel to other cities or recycling facilities.
