Job Summary

Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory planning. The ideal candidate should possess good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Procure raw materials and consumables as per production requirements.
- Process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, and pricing information.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and identify alternative suppliers when required.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
- Follow up on vendor payments with the Finance department.




- Support cost optimization and inventory control initiatives.
- Prepare purchase-related reports and documentation.
- Coordinate the servicing and procurement of machinery and tools when required.

*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Freshers with valuable analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Kakkanchery, Malappuram, Kerala

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
