We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Salon Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to understand clients' beauty and wellness needs, recommend suitable services/packages, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide suitable service recommendations.
- Counsel clients about salon treatments, skincare, haircare, and beauty packages.
- Explain membership plans, offers, and promotional packages.
- Schedule and manage client appointments.
- Coordinate with stylists and beauticians for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records and follow up with existing customers.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve counselling and package sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
