About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven
Marketing Executive
to support our branding and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, content marketing, and social media, along with excellent communication and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Develop engaging content around Industry Insights, Hiring Trends, Leadership Posts, Client Success Stories, Employee Branding, Job Openings, Recruitment Tips, GCC & India Market Insights, Service Offerings, Testimonials, Team Achievements, and Company Updates.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Support employer branding and brand awareness initiatives through digital campaigns.
- Track social media performance and recommend ideas to improve engagement and reach.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and business objectives.

Required Skills:
- MBA in Marketing with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, or AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
