[ ] Contract Location Gurugram Number of Manpower 1 Reason for Request [ ] New Position Job Purpose We are seeking a responsible technical person to join our team and contribute to various laboratory tasks new development projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a laboratory workplace basically in Elastomer, polyurethane flexible packaging with a strong commitment to accuracy to ensure the extraction of reliable and valid results.
The role will involve Polymer, Elastomer, and Coatings sampling, synthesizing, testing, measuring, recording, and analysing in collaboration with the rest of the lab team.
He/she will be responsible for the technical support for new and ongoing business to support the sales and marketing team of Coating ICT solution division. Main Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities shall consist of,



but not be limited to, the following:
- Perform various tests on Elastomeric materials and products, including but not limited to tensile, abrasion, resilience etc.
- Testing and leading the development of new product platforms to complement our existing product range, which currently includes castable polyurethane elastomer, PUD, PU adhesive etc.
- Testing on flexible packaging materials and products including but not limited to barrier properties, seal strength etc , and supporting the development our existing product range, which currently includes water-based polyolefin dispersions and wax based coatings and acrylic coating by own.
- Synthesize material based on market s need collaborating with RD team of Headquarter.
- Work closely with RD, production, and sales teams to provide solutions meet product requirements and brand expectations.
