Someone who can guide mothers with care, communicate clearly, and professionally manage conversations across calls and social media.

Your Role:

* Answer client calls and inquiries professionally

* Explain basic MammaCarePro & INKAA Royal services confidently

* Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram & social media messages

* Coordinate with the marketing & content team

* Follow up with leads and appointments

* Maintain smooth and positive client communication

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Speaks confidently and politely

* Has strong communication & people skills

* Can handle calls, chats, and client coordination smoothly

* Is not just active on social media,



but understands Instagram trends, engagement & scroll-stopping content ideas

* Understands qualified WhatsApp communication

* Is organized, responsible, and quick to learn

* Loves interacting with mothers and women wellness communities

Bonus If You:

* Have receptionist or customer support experience

* Understand social media engagement & content coordination

* Speak Tamil & English confidently

Working days - Monday to Friday

Work timings - 10am to 6pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
