We're Hiring | AGM – Designs (Operations)

Locations: Kolkata | Mumbai | Hyderabad

Decorpot is looking for an experienced AGM – Designs (Operations) to lead and scale our high-performing design operations across multiple cities. This is an operations leadership role, not a design or architecture role.

What you'll drive:

Lead a team of 50–100+ professionals across multiple Experience Centres
Own productivity, SLAs, client experience, quality, and operational excellence
Manage hiring, performance, workforce planning, and attrition
Partner with Sales, Factory, Finance & Operations to improve delivery and customer satisfaction
Build data-driven dashboards and drive decisions through metrics

We're looking for:

10–15 years of operations leadership experience
4–5+ years managing large distributed teams (50–100+)
Solid experience in operations, customer experience,



and people management
Candidates from Retail, BPO, Customer Operations, EdTech, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Aviation, Consumer Services, Consulting Delivery, or similar high-volume service industries
MBA preferred | Travel across cities is mandatory
