Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Forward Deployment Engineer at Fone AI. In this role, the intern will help deploy, configure, and integrate Fone AI solutions into customer environments, working closely with engineering and customer success teams. Day-to-day activities include assisting with system setup, troubleshooting technical issues, providing basic technical support, and documenting deployment processes.
The intern will collaborate on testing new features, validating integrations, and ensuring reliable performance across different operating systems and network configurations. This position offers hands-on experience with real customer implementations and opportunities to learn contemporary deployment practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues methodically.
- Candidates should possess integration-related skills, such as working with APIs, connecting systems, and validating end-to-end workflows.
