AMS Digital Hanger - L0 Support

As an L0 Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defence monitoring a global portfolio of critical applications and their underlying infrastructure. This position requires 247 shift coverage to ensure high availability for business-critical applications, You will focus on proactive monitoring, basic reporting, and alerting the engineering teams when anomalies occur.:

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor application health, DevOps pipelines, and server performance using infrastructure tools.
- Set up and maintain basic monitoring alerts; configure operating tools as guided.
- Set up banner information to keep stakeholders informed of ongoing system statuses.
- Regularly generate system health and operational reports.
- Assist and participate during Major Incident Management (MIM) calls by providing initial monitoring observations.
- Anticipate and track operational risks and provide solutions.
- Manage day-to-day IT Ops business: coordinate IT operational tasks (incidents, problems, vulnerabilities),



changes and releases with internal IT colleagues, providers, and business users.
- Having positive exposure to work with third party vendors/ service providers to ensure minimum impact on the applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate and consult in projects with focus on ITCM, observability, and a smooth transition into operations.
- Perform administrative tasks within SLAs, and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal business users and external providers.
- Keep current with industry regulations and emerging technologies.
- Multiple one-week on-call shifts distributed across the year.

Requirements
- Tertiary- or university degree in IT, Business and Information Systems Engineering or work experience.
- Solid know-how and experience in basic infrastructure, client/server technologies, databases, webservices, Windows Services, Cloud and IT Security.
- Cloud Infra Knowledge: Foundational exposure to Micro
