Job Title:
Accountant & Admin
- Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhu Bhavan Road)
- Salary: As per industry standards
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Interview Mode: Telephonic & In-Person
The Accountant cum Admin plays a crucial role in managing financial activities while also overseeing administrative tasks within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accountant
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the auditing process and implement recommendations for enhancing financial procedures.
- Coordinate with Consultant to complete statutory compliance GST & TDS.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee general administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and perks administration.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare quotation as required and payment Follow-up.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
