, standards, and controls across the full software lifecycle (request, approve, acquire, deploy, use/meter, optimize, reclaim, retire), aligned to internal governance and cybersecurity requirements.
- Define and maintain
publisher strategies
and roadmaps; lead
ELP (Effective License Position)
creation and true‑ups for Tier‑1 publishers; prepare defensible positions for audits.





ServiceNow SAM Pro – Build & Run
- Lead
platform configuration
for SAM Pro: Software Models, Normalization rules, Entitlements & Contracts, Reconciliation jobs, Reclamation policies, License Workbench, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Integrate SAM Pro with discovery sources (
Discovery/Service Mapping, SCCM/MECM, Tanium, JAMF, Intune, vCenter
) and procurement/contract data to ensure
complete and trustworthy data
.
- Operationalize
software request workflows
, license pools, metering/harvesting, and automated
reclamation
to drive cost avoidance and removal of unused software.
