Role Description

This is a full time, on-site position located in Kolkata to join our team as a Communications Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Bengali and be professionally fluent in English. This role is suited for individuals passionate about social development, donor and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build partnerships and communicate impact effectively.

Qualifications
- Identify and research funding opportunities across CSR programmes, foundations,



trusts and government agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors and partners
- Prepare grant proposals, concept notes, funding applications and related documentation
- Coordinate with programme and finance teams for fundraising proposals and donor reporting
- Maintain trackers for funding opportunities, donor interactions and reporting timelines
- Draft fundraising communications, reports and partnership materials
- Develop impact stories, case studies and programme success narratives
- Collect and compile programme data, beneficiary stories and supporting documentation
- Support digital campaigns, fundraising events and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bengali.
- 2-3 years of similar exper
