Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
US Tax Lead
with robust expertise in preparing and reviewing
individual and business tax returns
including
1040, 1120, and 1065
.

The ideal candidate will lead tax engagements, manage a team of tax professionals, and collaborate closely with
U.S.-based CPA firms
to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Preparation & Review
- Prepare and review U.S. tax returns including:
- Individual tax returns – Form 1040
- Corporate tax returns – Form 1120
- Partnership tax returns – Form 1065
- Ensure compliance with
U.S. tax laws and IRS regulations

Client & CPA Firm Collaboration
- Work closely with
U.S. CPA firms and tax managers
.
- Address client queries and provide tax-related insights.
- Assist with
tax planning and advisory support
.





Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of
tax associates and senior tax professionals
.
- Review workpapers and ensure accuracy of tax filings.
- Provide guidance on
complex tax scenarios and compliance issues
.

Process & Quality Management
- Ensure tax returns are completed
accurately and within deadlines
.
- Implement best practices to improve
tax preparation efficiency
.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CPA / EA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)
or equivalent qualification.
- 6+ years of experience in US taxation
.
- Strong experience preparing and reviewing:
- Form 1040
- Form 1120
- Form 1065
- Experience working with
U.S. CPA firms or tax outsourcing firms
.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with
U.S. tax software
(e.g., UltraTax, Drake, Lacerte).
- Exposure to
multi-state tax returns and complex tax scenarios
.
- Experience managing
remote
