Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Plan, create and manage content calendars for consistent publishing across platforms.
- Manage and grow the brands presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, engage and respond to comments, messages and online interactions.
- Build and nurture an active online community around the brand.
- Track, analyze and report social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data to improve engagement, reach and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with content, design and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Plan, execute and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand advocates wherever relevant.
- Support website and content optimization
- Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.





Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 23 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other social platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and social media scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills will be preferred.
- Basic photography/ videography skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity and copywriting skills.
- Robust analytical, organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional knowledge about SEO will be an added advantage.
