About The Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager (Organic) with 6+ years of professional experience to lead our organic social media and podcast presence across platforms. This role is focused entirely on organic growth, brand storytelling, and community engagement not paid media or performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, a deep understanding of finance and fintech audiences, and a proven track record in crafting digital content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.

You will own The clients organic social and podcast strategy end-to-end from content ideation and storytelling to publishing and analytics. Youll also lead a small in-house team and collaborate closely with creative and media partners to deliver high-quality,



impactful content that amplifies the clients’ brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, content, and business goals across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Strengthen Client’s voice through thought leadership, storytelling, and topical engagement.
- Content & Campaign Management:

Oversee content planning, production, and publishing including reels, videos, carousels, thought-leadership posts, and short-form storytelling. Lead organic social campaigns end-to-end from ideation to performance reporting.
- Podcast Ownership:

Manage and grow Clients flagship podcast, including planning, guest coordination, production timelines, cross-team collaboration, and amplification across social and digital channels.
