Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Truck Dispatcher. The Truck Dispatcher will plan, schedule, and assign loads, ensuring optimal utilization of trucks and drivers while meeting customer delivery requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring routes, tracking shipments, updating customers and internal teams, and resolving delays or issues in real time.



The role involves maintaining accurate dispatch records, coordinating cross-border documentation, and communicating with drivers regarding pickup and delivery instructions, safety protocols, and schedule changes. The Truck Dispatcher will also collaborate with operations and customer service to support productive, compliant, and cost-effective freight movement.

Qualifications
- Dispatching and logistics coordination skills, including route planning, load scheduling, and fleet utilization.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with drivers, clients, and internal teams professionally.
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Basic computer and technology skills, including use of transportation management systems, spreadsheets, and email.
