JOB Description:

MUST HAVE:
- 4years of IT experience with 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Minimum 2-4 full-lifecycle multi-module SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience on Employee Central Global Advantages
- Employee Central with atleast 2 end to end Time off implementations
- Certifications in SuccessFactors modules is a plus esp. Employee Central
- Manage Corporate and Succession Data Models
- Create & Setup workflows Notifications
- Define new and update Business rules




- Work on event reasons and derivations
- Work on setting custom MDFs and related workflows/rules.
- Data Imports and Exports at Employee and Foundation Data
- Position Management including managing org charts
- Knowledge on Structure and Function of generic and foundation objects
- Managing Role Based Permissions including setting up security and local administrators
- Home page configuration and Permissions
- Knowledge of 3rd party integration with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience on Adhoc and ORD Reports
- Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
- Knowledge of agile software development process
