About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Marketplace Inventory Operations who can manage inventory across our marketplace and quick commerce channels while ensuring seamless coordination between warehouses, 3PL partners, and internal teams. This role will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring timely dispatches, preventing stockouts,



and driving operational excellence across all online sales channels.

Specifically, this role will involve:
- Managing end-to-end inventory across marketplace channels such as Amazon and Flipkart, as well as quick commerce platforms including Blinkit and Zepto.
- Monitoring inventory levels across warehouses and quick commerce feeder locations to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Creating, maintaining, and analyzing dashboards to track inventory health, replenishment cycles, and channel-wise stock positions.
- Coordinating with warehouse teams, transport partners, and the finance team to ensure timely dispatch and pickup of shipments.
- Managing order processing, inventory tracking, and operational workflows through the Shopify Admin Dashboard.
- Handling SKU creation, catalog management, and data maintenance across multiple sales channels.
