Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for Anchor’s product portfolio in the assigned territory. This role involves managing and developing distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales and collection targets,



and executing trade and promotional activities in line with company strategies. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activities, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Daily responsibilities include field visits, relationship building with key channel partners, supporting merchandising and visibility initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements. The role also includes coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure product availability and effective implementation of sales plans.
