About Position:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Production Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong debugging and troubleshooting expertise, hands-on experience with .NET Core, React, cloud technologies, and production support processes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high application availability, performance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET Core applications.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot applications, API, database, and integration-related issues.
- Deploy fixes, patches, hotfixes, and support production releases.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure,



and Business teams.
- Participate in incidents, problem, and service request management activities.
- Support release management and deployment processes.
- Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and RCA reports.
- Participate in on-call support and critical production activities as required.

Expertise you will bring:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Application Support and Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, React, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, NTLM, and SAML.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations with cloud and on-premise applications.
- Experience in data processing, data transformation, and migration projects.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
