Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating dispatches, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Candidates with prior experience in the
chemical industry
will be preferred. Typical responsibilities in chemical sales coordination include order management, customer communication, dispatch coordination, documentation, and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts for timely order execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.
- Maintain customer records,



sales reports, and MIS in Excel/ERP.
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain customer communication.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper filing of sales documents and records.

Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ERP software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Science, or any relevant discipline.
- 1+ years of experience
as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the
Chemical Industry
.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, industrial chemical
