We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage the execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our high-rise residential projects.

Job Summary

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works at the project site.



The role requires close coordination with civil, finishing, and subcontractor teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. MEP Execution & Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works.
- Ensure all MEP activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts.
- Monitor manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure timely completion of all MEP activities within project deadlines.

2. Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and MEP Contractors.
- Review construction drawings and shop drawings before execution.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase and St
