About The Role
QuickZaps is building the next-generation fintech infrastructure for Bharat — enabling seamless bill payments, digital banking, and financial services for millions of users across Tier 2/3 towns and rural India.
We’re looking for
Full Stack Developers
who are passionate about building scalable, high-impact products and want to solve real-world problems through technology.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale core product features across web applications and internal tools
- Write clean, modular, and high-performance code for both frontend and backend
- Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to ship features fast
- Work on integrations with banking APIs, payment gateways and real-time services
- Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the platform
- Own your work end-to-end — from planning to deployment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in frontend + backend development (full stack)
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue etc.)
- Experience with Node.js / Express / NestJS or similar backend stack
- Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and REST APIs
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
- Experience working in a startup or fast-moving setting is a plus
- Passion for building meaningful products at scale
Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)
- Payment gateway or fintech experience
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP)
- Microservices architecture
- CI/CD and deployment pipelines
- Security-first mindset
