We're growing fast, and we're looking for a proven sales leader to take RapidCue deep into the industries that live and breathe phone-based selling.
The Role
We need a
Senior Sales qualified who already knows these industries inside out
— someone who can open doors on day one, not build a network from scratch.
You will own end-to-end enterprise sales for RapidCue across:
- Contact Centres / BPOs
- Automotive Dealerships
- Insurance
- BFSI (Banking & Financial Services)
- Pharma
- Real Estate
- Telesales / Cold Calling–driven organisations
What You'll Do
- Build and own a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts across the target industries
- Leverage your existing relationships with decision-makers (Sales Heads, Contact Centre Heads, COOs, CXOs) to drive fast market entry
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pilots, negotiation, and closing
- Work closely with founders and product teams to shape industry-specific positioning
- Represent RapidCue at industry events, forums, and partner ecosystems
- Consistently deliver against quarterly revenue targets
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience selling into contact centres, dealerships, insurance, BFSI, pharma, or telesales-heavy industries
- A strong, active network of decision-makers in these industries
- you can generate demo meetings within your first month
- Proven track record of closing SaaS / technology / enterprise software deals
- Deep understanding of how sales and calling teams operate in these sectors - their KPIs, pain points, and buying process
- Hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-mov
