Role Description
The Research Scientist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. The Research Scientist will design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and develop creative sustainability-focused solutions in alignment with the company’s research priorities.



Daily activities include formulating research hypotheses, reviewing scientific literature, preparing reports, and contributing to publications and presentations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in project planning, and support for translating research findings into practical applications for industry partners. The Research Scientist will also help maintain laboratory standards, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of research methods and processes.

Qualifications
