About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, taking ownership of financial processes, and ensuring timely statutory compliance while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts using Tally Prime (Tally Pro).
- Record and reconcile day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile ledgers regularly.
- Maintain cash books, journals, and general ledger.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns).
- Handle TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Manage ESI, PF, and Professional Tax compliance.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.
- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Generate reports from Tally for management review.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
