Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations for domestic and international holiday bookings, ensuring smooth execution of all travel services.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners to confirm reservations and secure the best available services.
- Oversee booking confirmations, vouchers, ticketing, visa documentation, travel insurance, and itinerary preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and accurate communication with clients before departure.
- Monitor daily operational activities and ensure all bookings are executed as per company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handover and execution of confirmed bookings.
- Resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and last-minute changes efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and maintain solid relationships with travel vendors and partners.
- Maintain accurate booking records, supplier details, operational reports, and CRM/system updates.




- Supervise and guide the operations team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, visa requirements, and supplier guidelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and customer feedback to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance updates for management.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, visa regulations, destination updates, and supplier offerings.
