8. Maintain audit-ready documentation and system closure of open cases.

C. Cross-Department Coordination
9. Coordinate with Accounts for payment confirmation and stock valuation.
10. Align with Purchase on PR approvals and GRN compliance.
11. Support Sales in stock planning and liquidation of slow-moving items.
12. Assist Projects in BOM alignment and ERP tracking of material usage/returns.

D. Dispatch & Legal Compliance

Approve dispatch only with complete documentation (Invoice, DC, E-way Bill).
14. Prevent unauthorized dispatches; maintain records for audits.
15. Protect against legal and financial risks via record retention discipline.

E. Cost & Margin Optimization
16. Monitor transportation and labor costs; identify abnormal variations.
17. Track claims, recoveries, and prevent financial leakage.
18. Protect gross margins and reduce capital blocked in slow-moving stock.

F. Asset & Risk Management
19. Ensure warehouse security and high-value material monitoring.
20. Track project assets, returnables, and scrap disposal.
21. Ensure insurance coverage for warehouse and transit materials.

G. Vendor Performance Management
22. Evaluate vendors and transporters on delivery, cost, and service.
23. Escalate recurring issues and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
