Business Architecture Technology Support Lead/Associate Director
In This Role, You Will
- Be accountable for support of the business architecture tooling platform (including ARIS & Celonis applications) including availability, performance, and user experience.
- Lead the bank’s Business Architecture Tooling IT support team, ensuring business process architecture,



governance, and operational stability are delivered to a high standard. You’ll combine deep ARIS administration expertise with leadership of a multi-disciplinary pod to keep critical services running, compliant, and continuously improving and enhancing.
- Be responsible for RTB outcomes: stability, incident/problem/change management, Platform upgrades & maintenance, service requests, and continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence: reduce repeat incidents, improve automation, drive root-cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes and streamline support processes.
- Be responsible for managing stakeholders including the senior Business Architecture leads in the business, Process modellers and miners, Global Business Architecture, and senior management in Data Technology; Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams and vendors to resolve cross-boundary issues quickly.
