Role Overview

As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on hiring experienced IT professionals across multiple domains. This role requires someone who understands IT roles and technologies, can communicate effectively, manage processes, and maintain a positive and professional work culture.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee management, HR operations, and exit formalities,



while also ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes through our HRMS system (Keka).

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital roles such as developers, designers, testers, digital marketers, and project managers.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication, technical understanding, and cultural fit.

Coordinate with technical teams and management to finalize candidates.

Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

2.⁠ ⁠Onboarding & Induction

Organize and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Ensure all joining documentation and system setups are completed smoothly.

Update employee data and records accurately in Keka HRMS.
