We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in both domestic and international markets, introducing our IP services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in India and international markets.
- Introduce the company's Intellectual Property (IP) services.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Eligibility
- 1-3 years of experience in Cold Calling, Telecalling, Inside Sales, BPO, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Comfortable making domestic and international outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
