We are looking for energetic and results-driven professionals to support our US IT staffing and consultant marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US.
- Source contract opportunities through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and client outreach.
- Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and support successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, recruiters, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant pipelines.
- Use ATS/CRM platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve recruiting effectiveness.
- Stay updated on US staffing trends,



technologies, and hiring demands.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing, consultant marketing, or related talent acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and engagement models (C2C, W2, 1099).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, and job portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP, ERP, AI/Data, Cloud, QA/Validation, Automation, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, or prompt-based recruiting workflows.
