Role & responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and server hardware issues.
- Support Active Directory, user account management, and basic server administration (preferred).
- Maintain service reports, asset records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty claims and hardware replacements.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Hardware, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Candidates from Boisar, Palghar, or nearby locations will be preferred.
